The Company offers one-off cleaning services to individuals and businesses in the United Kingdom. These services include cleaning of residential spaces, offices, and other commercial properties as requested by the Customer. The Company also provides cleaning supplies and equipment, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company and the Customer.
3. Bookings:
Customers can book our services by filling out our online booking form or by contacting our customer service team. Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment from the Customer. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at any time, without providing a reason. In case of cancellation by the Customer, a refund may be provided according to the Company's cancellation policy.
4. Services:
The Company will provide professional one-off cleaning services as agreed with the Customer. The Customer is responsible for providing all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Company. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices if additional services, not previously agreed upon, are requested by the Customer.
5. Payment:
Payment for services booked must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Company. Payment can be made through various methods, including credit card, debit card or bank transfer. All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the Company's cancellation policy.
6. Cancellation:
Customers can cancel their booking by contacting the Company at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided to the Customer.
7. Liability:
The Company will take all necessary care when providing its services, however, the Company cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by the negligence of the Customer or other individuals. The Customer is advised to keep personal and valuable items in a secure location during the service period. The Company will not be responsible for any loss, damage or breakage of items if the Customer fails to comply with this advice.
The Company reserves the right to refuse the provision of services to any Customer at any time if the Customer does not comply with the terms and conditions outlined here.
